Job Title: Installation Engineer (Woodwork)
Location: Kuwait
Responsibilities:
Leading a team of installers responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing wooden products such as doors, kitchens, furniture, and cabinets.
Managing the team in their daily tasks.
Directing, coordinating, executing, managing, and completing specific projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals.
Ensuring follow-up on resolving customer satisfaction issues.
Collaborating with multiple departments related to installation projects.
Regular maintenance of tools, vehicles, and equipment.
Providing excellent levels of customer service at all times.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (interior design, architecture, civil engineering, or related field).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in woodworking site activities.
Experience in installing doors, kitchens, furniture, and cabinets is essential.
Enthusiastic about achieving results, customer-oriented, and possessing strong leadership skills.
Proficient in both English and Arabic languages.
Must hold a Kuwaiti driving license.

المسؤوليات:
قيادة فريق من المثبتين المسؤولين عن تركيب وخدمة وإصلاح المنتجات الخشبية مثل الأبواب والمطابخ والأثاث والخزائن.
إدارة فريقه في أداء مهامهم اليومية.
توجيه وتنسيق وتنفيذ وإدارة وإكمال مشاريع محددة بضمان التوافق مع استراتيجية الشركة والتزاماتها وأهدافها.
المسؤولية عن متابعة حل مشاكل رضا العملاء.
التعاون مع عدة أقسام متعلقة بمشاريع التركيب.
الحفاظ على الأدوات والسيارات والمعدات بانتظام.
تقديم مستويات متميزة من خدمة العملاء في جميع الأوقات.
المؤهلات والكفاءات:
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (تصميم الديكور الداخلي، الهندسة المعمارية، الهندسة المدنية، أو مجال ذي صلة).
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في أنشطة مواقع الخشب.
خبرة في تركيب الأبواب والمطابخ والأثاث والخزائن ضرورية.
متحمس لتحقيق النتائج وموجه نحو العملاء، ولديه مهارات قيادية قوية.
إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية بشكل جيد جدًا.
يجب أن يكون حاصلًا على رخصة قيادة كويتية.
