Job Description:
Join our team at EtherealEcho Dynamics as a Cashier and play a key role in providing excellent customer service. We are seeking friendly and detail- oriented individuals to handle transactions accurately and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers warmly and assist them during the checkout process.
2. Ring up purchases accurately using a point- of- sale (POS) system.
3. Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment with precision.
4. Provide information to customers about current promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
5. Ensure that the checkout area is clean, organized, and well- stocked with necessary supplies.
6. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
7. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
8. Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions.
Requirements:
1. Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus but not required.
2. Strong numerical and basic math skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
5. Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

التعامل مع النقدية والبطاقات الائتمانية وغيرها من وسائل الدفع بدقة.
تقديم المعلومات للعملاء حول العروض الحالية والخصومات وبرامج الولاء.
التأكد من أن منطقة الدفع نظيفة ومنظمة ومزودة باللوازم الضرورية.
حل استفسارات العملاء والمشاكل بسرعة واحتراف.
التعاون مع أفراد الفريق للحفاظ على بيئة عمل إيجابية وفعالة.
اتباع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة بشأن التعامل النقدي والتفاعل مع العملاء.
المتطلبات:
الخبرة السابقة كأمين صندوق أو في مجال التجزئة هي ميزة ولكن ليست ضرورية.
مهارات رياضيات أساسية قوية.
مهارات اتصال وتواصل ممتازة.
الانتباه للتفاصيل والدقة في التعامل مع المعاملات.
القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى والتعامل مع مهام متعددة.
المرونة في العمل في المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والأعياد حسب الحاجة.
